Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Automation Direct D0-05AA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Daito-Seiki products, including obsoleted and phased-out D49326-1 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Daedal product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Daito-Seiki such as the CKR2602A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D492031D493261 manufactured by D49326-1 and we are pleased to be able to service most D49326-1 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20501PH265M32B by Manufacturer Daedal as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Danfoss Brand BG0611D06LA44V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Danaher-Controls such as TSP112490 equipment made by Danaher-Controls have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AL2170041001 by Daifuku and TSP112490 spares by Danaher-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EA17031100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Namco.
